John Doman (born January 9, 1945) is an American actor. He portrayed the foreman of New York City Water Tunnel No. 3 in Die Hard with a Vengeance.

Career

Doman is probably best known for playing Deputy Police Commissioner William Rawls on HBO series The Wire. He appeared in various movies, such as Cop Land, Mercury Rising, City by the Sea, Mystic River, Sniper 3 and Blue Valentine. Doman appeared in a wide variety of TV shows, such as numerous different roles in the Law & Order franchise, NYPD Blue, ER, The Sopranos, Oz, The Practice, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, NCIS, Rizzoli and Isles, Burn Notice, Damages, Borgia and the 2014 FOX TV series Gotham.
